Programme Manager - Global IT Integration

A large international organisation is undertaking a major global IT transformation to align multiple divisions under a unified IT operating model. This programme aims to standardise technology services, enhance security and compliance, and create a more efficient and scalable IT environment across the group.

The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead all cutover and go‑live activities as multiple business units transition onto the new global IT platform. This is a delivery‑critical role requiring strong leadership, structured planning, and the ability to manage complex, multi‑entity integrations.

Location: London
Hybrid - Yes
Duration - 15–18 months
Rate - £750-830/day Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Start: ASAP / Feb 2026

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end cutover planning and execution
Run T‑minus readiness checkpoints and track launch risks
Manage the global cutover schedule across multiple entities
Prepare and run Go/No‑Go meetings with CIOs/Boards
Ensure hypercare and support models are in place post‑launch

Experience Required

Vast expereicne managing complex global IT programmes.
Strong background in Infrastructure & Operations (Networks, Workplace, Data Centres)
Experience with multi‑entity/global rollouts and large‑scale go‑lives
Exposure to IT integration or M&A onboarding
Skilled in risk management, stakeholder communication, and structured delivery
