Programme Manager - Network as a Service Platform - Telecommunication - London, Hybrid (3 days in office)

Your new company

You’ll be joining a major UK organisation undertaking a significant multi‑year technology transformation programme. The business is modernising its infrastructure capabilities to deliver smarter, more reliable and more customer‑centric connectivity solutions across the UK market.

This programme is central to the company’s future strategy, creating a unified, next‑generation networking platform designed to provide always‑on services, enhanced flexibility, strengthened security and improved digital experiences for customers.

The initiative is currently in its design phase and is preparing for technical delivery over the coming months.


Your new role

• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, multi‑year programmes (£15m+ CAPEX) with high strategic visibility
• Experience managing complex infrastructure or networking‑related initiatives, ideally within telecoms or large‑enterprise environment
• Ability to design, structure and evolve delivery frameworks that span business, technology and customer‑facing workstreams
Strong capability to operate in ambiguity - comfortable navigating ownership gaps, shaping plans, and driving innovative delivery approaches
• Able to bridge deep technical considerations with customer‑experience, commercial and go‑to‑market requirements
• Exceptional senior‑stakeholder management skills, with gravitas and confidence to engage at executive‑leadership and board level
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing junior talent
