A leading non-profit organisation is seeking a dynamic Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-impact youth programme focused on cross-community and cross-border collaboration. This role offers the chance to work on a transformative initiative that blends climate action, peacebuilding, and entrepreneurship.

Your new role

As Programme Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a structured programme of workshops, events, and design sprints aimed at developing entrepreneurial mindsets and fostering collaboration amongst young people aged 16–18.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Facilitating high-energy workshops and design sprints in schools
  • Supporting large-scale conferences and regional seminars
  • Designing engaging resources around climate change, innovation, and peacebuilding
  • Building relationships with educators, school leaders, and partner organisations
  • Managing programme logistics, data collection, and reporting
  • Supporting marketing and communications efforts
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, procurement, and data protection policies

What you'll need to succeed

Essential Criteria:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of organising and delivering youth-focused programmes or events
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Experience working with young people aged 14–18
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for youth development
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends and undergo Access NI check
