This Tier 1 ranked City is looking to hire an ambitious lawyer to advise all the major insurers in the professional indemnity market, professional services firms (in the UK and overseas) and mutual insurers underwriting risk in specific market sectors. You will be handling some of the largest claims in the market against solicitors and barristers, and also act for insurance brokers, accountants, financial professionals, IT professionals, property professionals and many others. Typically the cases will be high-value, complex
matters involving multiple parties. You will also be involved in coverage issues arising out of professional indemnity policies including aggregation, attachment and rights of repudiation and avoidance.
