Your new role

As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production at the right cost and quality. Reporting to the Shift Performance Manager, you’ll lead a team of operatives, manage schedules, oversee production standards, and implement quality control programs. You’ll also be involved in mentoring, performance management, team communications, and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive operational success.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need solid experience in production and manufacturing processes, along with knowledge of raw materials, quality systems, health and safety compliance, and business management principles. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A bachelor’s degree is desirable, and you should be computer-literate with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a flexible approach to work.
