Production Team Leader – Evenings

Your new role
Working on a permanent evening shift, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of up to 20 production operatives.
- Champion a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance at all times
- Drive production performance and exceed key KPIs including OEE, ATP, PPM and waste reduction
- Ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality products
- Monitor and improve operational processes to maximise efficiency and output
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production line
- Foster a positive, collaborative and well-organised working environment
- Communicate effectively across teams and shifts to ensure operational consistency
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience within a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing highly desirable)
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and developing others
Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team-focused approach with strong collaboration skills
A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and innovation
