Requirement for a Production Supervisor in Lisnaskea

Your new company

You will be joining a well-established and highly respected food manufacturing business that has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation within its sector. Operating from a modern facility in Lisnaskea, the company prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of production and safety while fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment. With a focus on continuous improvement and employee development, this is an organisation that values its people and offers long-term stability alongside excellent benefits.

Your new role

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily production process on a key manufacturing line, ensuring that all products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Leading a small team of three, you will provide guidance and support to achieve production targets while maintaining compliance with health and safety and food hygiene regulations. The role also involves completing daily paperwork and mixing batches of product according to ingredient specifications.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within the food industry, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a small team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and safety while meeting production targets. You should be comfortable completing paperwork accurately and working to strict compliance requirements. The role involves mixing batches and some manual handling, so a good level of physical fitness and a practical, hands-on approach are important. Excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure will help you thrive in this fast-paced setting. A commitment to health and safety and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement will set you apart.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a generous benefits package including 25 days annual leave plus three statutory days, free on-site parking, complimentary tea and coffee, free food products from the factory, staff appreciation events, and a Christmas voucher. The role also includes life assurance cover worth four times your annual salary, providing peace of mind for you and your family.
