Your new role

As Production Supervisor, you will take responsibility for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support team development and drive continuous improvement across the production floor.

• Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet daily and weekly output targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, promoting a strong safety culture
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality
• Manage shift planning and resource allocation to maximise productivity
• Conduct performance reviews, providing coaching and development to team members
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve any operational issues
• Maintain accurate production records and provide reports to senior management
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production
Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills across all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production systems
