Your new role

As Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team to achieve maximum production efficiency and product quality. You’ll be responsible for allocating and supervising staff across production lines, ensuring targets are met and standards maintained. Key duties include overseeing packaging and labelling processes, managing stock rotation, resolving quality and process issues, and maintaining accurate production records. You’ll also lead by example in upholding food safety, hygiene, and company policies, while contributing to a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position within a food manufacturing environment. A basic level of both verbal and written English, Level 2 Food Safety certification, and strong computer literacy are essential. You should be confident in managing teams, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and food safety regulations. Experience with systems such as AX, Autocoding, and Sparc would be beneficial, along with a proactive and collaborative approach to leadership.
