Requirement for a Production Supervisor in Tandragee

Your new company

A well-established and respected name in the agri-food industry, this organisation has been producing high-quality products for over 100 years. With a strong reputation for innovation, sustainability, and excellence in food manufacturing, the company continues to grow across UK, Irish, and international markets. This is an exciting time to join a business that is investing in its future and its people.

Your new role

As Production Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team at the company’s manufacturing facility in Tandragee. Working Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, you’ll be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, and driving operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in mentoring staff, resolving issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet daily targets and maintain high standards.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll bring proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a food manufacturing environment, along with strong leadership and people management skills. A keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced setting are essential. Experience with lean manufacturing, a relevant health and safety qualification, or mechanical aptitude will be considered advantageous.

What you'll get in return

In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll receive 33 days’ holiday per year (including customary days), a company pension with matched contributions, and access to a comprehensive healthcare plan covering everyday health costs and private consultations. You’ll also benefit from life assurance and a proactive health and wellbeing programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
