A Production Operator role with a manufacturing organisation based in Lancashire, paying up to £30,000

Your new company

A well-established manufacturing business is currently seeking a Production Operative to join its growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual to develop their career within a fast-paced production environment.

Your new role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Operating machinery and equipment in line with standard operating procedures
  • Assembling, packing, and inspecting products to required quality standards
  • Meeting production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting any defects or issues
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with H&S regulations
  • Supporting continuous improvement and team-based working

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (desirable, not essential)
  • A strong work ethic with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to follow procedures and safety guidelines
  • Flexibility to work shifts where required
Full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and commitment.
