Your new role
As Production Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and compliance with food safety standards. You will manage a team of production operatives and supervisors, coordinate with logistics and procurement, and drive process improvements to support the company’s growth and ISO9001 certification goals.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need proven experience in a production or operations management role, ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. A solid understanding of food safety standards and quality control procedures is required, and experience with ISO standards and audit processes would be an advantage. A proactive mindset and a passion for sustainability and local sourcing will help you thrive in this role.
