Your new role

Working closely with the leadership team, you will manage a Production team of 5-10 staff, and will play a key role in the ongoing evolution of the business as it continues to scale.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience in a similar fast-moving Production environment, ideally including DTF Printing and/or Machine Embroidery. You will plan and schedule workflow to ensure efficient use of machines, labour, and materials, to meet production output objectives. Your CV should demonstrate relevant achievements, and experience of using lean principles and Continuous Improvement to improve processes and increase efficiency will be well received. You will be familiar with Takt Times, Quality Control, Preventative Maintenance, and other relevant metrics and techniques, used to maximise productivity.
