Your new role

I'm seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner /Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of key initiatives across multiple agile teams. This role is pivotal in driving product enhancements, ensuring compliance, and delivering value to end users through strategic prioritisation and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Own and manage the product backlog for 2+ agile scrum teams.
  • Lead initiatives include CMA enrichment, POA uplift, statement data enrichment, and BPST modernisation.
  • Prioritise features and stories based on business impact, compliance risk, and user value.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of communication updates with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with global market teams, legal, compliance, engineering, and design to align product goals.
  • Represent business needs in cross-functional forums to drive scalable and consistent communication platforms.
  • Act as the primary liaison for external partners, including print vendors and platform integrators.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of backlog management, sprint planning, and agile delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
Desirable:
  • Experience in financial services, compliance-driven environments, or communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and agile frameworks
