Product Owner, Permanent, Salary up to £58,000

A large, well-respected organisation are looking for a Product Owner to support in developing and delivering digital products. The organisation has created their next 5-year plan and focused across IT change and management. It is an exciting time to join prior to the systems going live

Your new role

The Product Owner is responsible for aligning frontline digital capabilities with strategic goals across the organisation. They translate strategic direction into clear, value-driven technology solutions for frontline teams.

You will have experience defining and communicating the vision for digital products supporting core services. This involves gathering requirements from internal teams, volunteers, and partners, and developing product roadmaps that balance new features, fixes, security, and maintenance.

The role also involves working with data owners to improve data quality within bespoke systems, ensuring GDPR compliance throughout the data lifecycle, including retention and destruction.

Collaboration is key, with close engagement across development and digital teams to drive agile scrum activity. Throughout, the Product Owner advocates for user needs, ensuring products are intuitive, effective, and impactful.
