JOB DETAILS

- Paying between £500 to £550 Per Day
- Outside IR35
- Hybrid Working (2-3 days on site per week)
- 6 Month Contract

SKILLS

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, preferably working with Dynamics 365
  • Ideally, you will have worked in the Events Industry
  • Proven expertise in delivering projects within Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of CRM business processes across sales, marketing, and cross-functional operations
  • Demonstrated success in leading CRM implementation, onboarding, or data migration initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for managing and prioritising the CRM transformation product backlog to align with strategic business objectives.
  • Converting high-level business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable delivery roadmaps.
  • Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and delivery.
  • Tracking delivery progress to ensure solutions meet defined quality standards and gain stakeholder acceptance.
