Permanent | Hybrid | Product Coordinator

I am working with a client who is seeking a highly organised and proactive Product Data Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the creation and management of new product data across core business systems, ensuring products are accurately created, maintained and ready for use across the wider business.

Working closely with Sales, Buying and Product teams, you'll coordinate the end-to-end product setup process, manage product information, host regular stakeholder meetings and help resolve any challenges that arise during the product creation journey.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with systems and data but is equally comfortable communicating with colleagues across the business and driving actions forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the creation of new product records across business systems.
  • Act as a central point of contact for product setup activity.
  • Liaise with Buying, Sales and Product teams to gather and validate product information.
  • Host regular stakeholder meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Manage large product data sets and spreadsheets, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
  • Upload and maintain product information within business systems.
  • Coordinate with colleagues responsible for product enrichment and data quality.
  • Identify and escalate challenges that may impact product creation timelines.
  • Produce updates and report on product setup activity when required.
  • Support continuous improvement of product creation processes and ways of working.
About You
  • Experience in a coordination, administration, product data or business support role.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets and spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable using business systems and learning new software platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead meetings and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to keep multiple tasks moving forward.
  • Experience of ERP, PIM or product information systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
If you're a highly organised individual who enjoys working with data, systems and people, we'd love to hear from you.
