Location: Loughborough (Onsite)

Rate: £13.00-£15.00 per hour (Equivalent to £23,000 - £24,000 per annum)

Contract: Full-Time, 3-Month Temporary Contract (Potential for extension)

Your new role

Hays is seeking three highly organised and dedicated Product Compliance Administrators to join their team in Loughborough. This is a critical administrative role focusing on ensuring our product portfolio adheres to current and upcoming European regulatory standards, specifically related to the EU Deforestation Regulation.

This role is ideal for individuals with existing experience in product compliance who thrive in a fast-paced, administrative environment.

Your core duties will include:
  • Document & Data Validation: Analysing, validating, and managing regulatory documents and product data received directly from our global suppliers.
  • Regulatory Submissions: Drafting and accurately uploading critical regulatory documents to the relevant EU Commission portals.
  • ERP System Management: Precisely analysing and loading compliance data into internal ERP systems and maintaining compliance metrics.
  • Product Portfolio Maintenance: Ensuring data integrity for new and existing products within the current portfolio to maintain transactional security.
  • Operational Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (Trade Compliance, Portfolio Management, Third-Party Procurement) to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
  • Supplier Contact: Serving as a primary point of contact for follow-up and verification with suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Essential: Prior professional experience in the field of regulatory affairs or product compliance (e.g., EU regulations, data validation).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in contacting external suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using ERP/internal systems.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple administrative tasks.
