Procurement Specialist, Senior Buyer, Procurement Manager

Your new role
As a Senior Buyer / Procurement Manager, you’ll lead procurement activities across multiple departments, managing key areas of spend and delivering value-for-money solutions. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you’ll manage performance, develop KPIs, and support strategic sourcing across construction and maintenance contracts. You’ll ensure compliance with contracts legislation and driving cost reduction initiatives.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in modern procurement techniques including Value for Money and Whole Life Costing
  • Strong background in either FM, estates, construction, M&E, civils procurement
  • High-level analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience of JCT/NEC contracts is highly beneficial.
  • Commercial acumen, creativity, and integrity
