Procurement Manager
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement activity across a public-service-focused organisation delivering environmental services in West London. This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring all procurement and contract activity is fully compliant with the Procurement Act 2023, while embedding best practice, strong governance, social value, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
In this role, you will act as the organisation’s principal procurement adviser, providing strategic oversight alongside hands-on delivery. You will work closely with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and an external local authority commercial hub to ensure procurement activity is compliant, transparent, and delivers value for money.

Responsibilities Include
- Leading endodontic procurement activity in line with the Procurement Act 2023
- Acting as the main liaison, advising managers on procurement compliance, governance, and contract management.
- Developing procurement policies, templates, and guidance
- Overseeing contract monitoring, performance management, and a central Contracts Register
- Embedding social value, sustainability, and ethical sourcing into procurement activity
- Managing supplier relationships to drive performance and continuous improvement
- Producing procurement and contract performance reports for senior management
What We’re Looking For
- You will be a confident procurement professional with strong public sector experience and a practical understanding of the new procurement legislative regime.
- Proven public sector procurement experience with demonstrable delivery under the Procurement Act 2023
- Strong knowledge of procurement compliance, transparency, and governance
- Experience supporting internal stakeholders with procurement and contract management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
