Your new role

The Procurement Manager role is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s procurement activities. This includes sourcing and purchasing the goods, services, and materials required by the organisation while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality standards, and timely delivery. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, analysing market trends, and ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory procurement policies. Leadership and people management skills are essential to lead and develop a team of procurement professionals.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field. Will also consider applications from those who are qualified by experience. Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) are a plus. Other certifications in procurement, contract management, or supply chain management can also be beneficial. Extensive experience (typically 8-10+ years) in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields. Previous experience of managing procurement teams and leading large procurement projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis). Hunger for the role, showing keenness to develop and progress in your career

What you'll get in return

A very competitive salary, depending on your experience, with a 5% company pension. A bonus up to 10% with death in service x 4 salary. Annual leave of 33 days, which increases with length of service.
