This market-leading firm acting predominantly for the public sector is keen to hire a litigator to focus on procurement disputes including design and construction disputes, operational disputes particularly in relation to payment disputes and fire safety disputes and termination disputes. Enjoy working for a broad client-base including healthcare, local government, emergency services and social housing. You will be involved in complex contractual matters taking early responsibility for handling High Court litigation and all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Previous experience of public sector clients is advantageous.
