Procurement Lead - Birmingham - Perm - £60K

You will be working for an innovative, regionally focused organisation who lead the way in accelerating digital technology adoption across the West Midlands.

Your new role

As Procurement Lead, you will play a key role in delivering procurement and commercial support across the organisation's programmes. Acting as a procurement expert, you’ll lead on sourcing activities, ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations, and contribute to strategic funding and reporting initiatives.


What you'll need to succeed

You should have proven experience in public sector procurement, ideally within local government, as well as strong knowledge of procurement legislation, including PA23. You should have experience managing supplier relationships and contract performance, and proficiency in e-tendering systems.


What you'll get in return

This role offers hybrid working, with travel to Birmingham once a fortnight. You will receive a salary of up to £60000. This role is ideally full time, however those looking for 4 days a week will also be considered.
