Procurement Consultant, Procurement Manag
An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s premier consultancy firms, renowned for delivering high-impact solutions across infrastructure and technology. With a national presence and a reputation for excellence, this consultancy is at the forefront of some of the UK’s most ambitious procurement transformation programmes.
As a key member of the Procurement & Supply Chain delivery team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex public sector procurement strategies.
You’ll utilise your expert procurement knowledge to tackle large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK.
• Lead and support end-to-end procurement activities for high-value public sector contracts
• Drafting contract documents, including T&C's and project scope
• Develop and implement commercial strategies and market engagement plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to ensure alignment and compliance
• Provide expert guidance on procurement regulations, particularly PA23
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
What you'll need to succeed
• Security Clearance (SC) would be desirable, if not the ability and willingness to get this
• Proven experience managing complex public procurement programmes with exposure to infrastructure/construction programmes desirable but not essential
• Strong understanding of public procurement regulations (PA23)
• Knowledge of NEC 3/4 suite of contracts is highly advantageous
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
