Your new role
This procurement and commercial lawyer role will see you advise a range of clients across the pubic sector on procurement law issues, the application of procurement law and the procurement process. You will also advise on a range of commercial contracts and the procurement aspects of these as well as advising on the risks that arise during the procurement process. You can look forward to working on interesting and challenging matters and to collaborating with colleagues on a national basis.
What you'll need to succeed
This role is open to procurement lawyers at NQ level through to Senior Associate and Principal Associate level. You will have detailed procurement experience and be conversant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024 and the Provider Selection Regime.
