Procurement Business Partner - London
Your new company
You’ll be joining a global financial services organisation with a strong presence in capital markets and investment banking. The firm is known for its disciplined approach to risk, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. With a collaborative and structured environment, it offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic procurement initiatives within a highly regulated and dynamic sector.
Your new role
As a Procurement Business Partner, you’ll support the full lifecycle of third-party relationships, from onboarding and contract negotiation to risk assessment and performance monitoring. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with regulatory frameworks such as TPRM, DORA, and Outsourcing. Key responsibilities include maintaining procurement records, coordinating with Accounts Payable, generating vendor MI, and embedding new frameworks into procurement processes. You’ll also contribute to strategic projects like operating model simplification and system enhancements.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a solid understanding of procurement processes, contract lifecycle management, and third-party risk frameworks. Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. banking, insurance, asset management) is highly desirable. Familiarity with vendor risk systems (ideally ProcessUnity), market data processes, and advanced Excel skills (including Power Query and Pivot Tables) will be advantageous. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
What you'll get in return
You’ll receive a competitive salary and benefits package, with opportunities to contribute to high-impact procurement initiatives in a respected financial institution. The working culture is structured and collaborative, with standardised hours and a full-time schedule.
