Your new role

As a Procurement and Vendor Manager, you’ll join the Global Technology Services team based in London. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end procurement process, manage vendor relationships, and ensure contracts align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contracts, issuing RFPs, monitoring vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and collaborating with legal, risk, and finance teams to ensure compliance. This is a dynamic role offering the opportunity to drive process improvements and influence commercial outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in contract and vendor management, ideally within financial services
  • Strong expertise in IT contract negotiation, vendor lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Desirable: industry certifications (e.g., IACCM, CIPS) and experience in the reinsurance sector
