Your new role


As a Procurement Administrator, your key role is supporting the procurement function by ensuring efficient purchasing operations, accurate order processing, and effective supplier coordination. Acting as a central point of contact between suppliers and internal teams, this role maintains clear communication, monitors procurement activities, and upholds compliance with purchasing policies. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential to supporting smooth procurement workflows and contribute to overall business efficiency.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration—preferably in a construction, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with MRP/ ERP systems – Epicor advantageous
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
