A well-established organisation based in Glasgow is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a busy procurement function while supporting the team through a backlog of administrative and data-related work. Your new role

You will provide key administrative support to the procurement team, assisting with high volumes of data processing and ensuring records are maintained accurately and efficiently. Duties will include updating procurement systems, processing documentation, supporting purchase order administration, managing procurement-related data, and responding to internal queries. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing administrative workloads in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Essential exposure to procurement or purchasing support activities
  • Strong data entry and system management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
