We’re recruiting THREE Procurement Administrators for a highly reputable MOD client based in Deeside — offering not just a job, but a genuine career pathway.
This is a 6-month contract with a clear view to going permanent, where you’ll be supported, developed, and even put through professional qualifications (CIPS) once you secure a permanent position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing administrative support to the procurement and commercial teams
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and track order progress
  • Supporting tendering processes and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures
  • Updating internal systems and databases with supplier and contract information
  • Assisting with contract administration and reporting activities
  • Ensuring all procurement activity aligns with MOD and public sector regulations
What we’re looking for:

Ideal backgrounds include:
  • Procurement / Purchasing Admin
  • Sales Administrator
  • Technical Administrator
  • General office or project admin roles
You’ll also have:
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Confidence working with systems and Excel
  • A genuine interest in building a career in procurement
