Your new role

As a Process Design, Process Mining & Business Analysis Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising field service operations. Reporting to the Lead Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, translate them into actionable user stories, and ensure seamless integration with Field Service solutions. Your responsibilities will span business analysis, process modelling, and mining, with a strong focus on improving service KPIs and enabling adoption through clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in equipment services or field service operations, including areas like asset hierarchies, maintenance, dispatch, and billing.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Expertise in process design and mining, with hands-on experience using tools like Signavio, Confluence, and Jira.
• A structured, user-centric approach with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive harmonisation across markets.
