A new opportunity has arisen for a Tax Associate or Tax Senior to join a well-established, friendly independent accountancy firm in Birmingham.

Your new role

Working closely with the Head of Tax, in this role you will oversee personal tax compliance aspects for a varied client portfolio which includes self-assessment tax returns, landlords, HNWIs and company directors. You will be confident in preparing personal tax returns, CGT returns and will ideally have experience with p11ds. Over time, you will have scope to further develop your private client experience and work with OMBs and wealthy individuals to identify opportunities for tax planning.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will be working in a personal tax role and will be keen to manage a client portfolio, ensuring tax compliance is managed in a timely manner. Accounting or Tax qualifications (e.g. ATT) would be preferable but not essential - personal tax experience is key.
