Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their rapidly growing Private Client Team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their tax career who is eager to learn, develop, and make a real impact.

You’ll be working with a diverse portfolio of individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and trusts, helping to manage their tax affairs and build lasting relationships. The role offers exposure to both UK tax compliance and advisory work, with the chance to grow into more complex advisory responsibilities over time.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
  • Assisting with client communications and building trusted relationships.
  • Collaborating with senior team members on technical challenges and bespoke solutions.
  • Developing your technical knowledge and professional skills through hands-on experience and mentoring.

What we’re looking for:
  • A genuine interest in private client tax and a desire to build a long-term career in the field.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
  • Ideally studying towards or interested in pursuing ATT/CTA qualifications.
