Your new role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and well-organised Wills and Probate / Court of Protection Paralegal to join a highly regarded and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing wills, probate, and Court of Protection cases, offering crucial support to our solicitors and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must have at least 12 months of experience in wills, probate, and Court of Protection matters, along with strong organisational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also essential.
