Private Client Tax Assistant Manager or Manager role within a growing Birmingham tax team

Your new company

Modern, ambitious, growing firm seeking to further enhance their high-quality Private Client Tax team in a role which will involve complex compliance and a range of advisory projects.

Your new role

In this role you will use your private client tax experience to formulate tax advice for clients working on a wide range of projects. You will prepare advisory reports for Partner review and will manage a portfolio of clients supporting with advisory needs and overseeing compliance aspects. The nature of the clients will mean tax compliance work is more complex and advisory work undertaken will be varied and bespoke. You'll also have opportunities to further grow the firm's advisory offering and get involved in networking events and activities which continue to raise the profile of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have excellent private client tax experience gained within an accountancy practice. You will be someone who enjoys undertaking tax advisory work, undertaking tax research and preparing advisory reports, and you will have good technical capability which you'll be able to demonstrate at interview. Professional accountancy and/or tax qualifications will be required (ATT/ ACA/ CTA) or you will be close to qualifying.
