I am working with my client to hire a Principal Developer to lead technical design and delivery of cloud-based software solutions. This is a key leadership role where you’ll set technical direction, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality, secure applications.

What You’ll Do
- Lead design and development of complex software solutions.
- Set coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- 6+ years’ software development experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Strong knowledge of secure coding, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
