London-based LPA - Principal Enforcement Planner with prosecution experience

Your new company

This London-based borough has had a fantastic planning journey and has reduced the Enforcement caseload by more than half over the past 18 months. They have a stable and steady team and a brilliant team ethos, which helps create a great environment for Planners.

Your new role

This role will work on the full range of enforcement casework, including site investigations and enforcement action, although you will be additionally tasked with complicated assignments.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have London-based Planning experience and have worked on a mixture of enforcement cases. Ideally, you will have experience of court proceedings and prosecutions and interviews under caution etc... If you have management experience, it will be beneficial but not essential.

What you'll get in return

You will need to be in the Borough for 3 days a week but the hourly rate of £45ph to £52ph is good for this role. You will also have a minimum of 6 months and likely 9 months plus on the contract.
