• Take ownership of electrical design projects from concept through to completion.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality design output and technical excellence.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver fully integrated solutions.
• Engage with clients on technical and commercial matters, building strong relationships.
• Contribute to business development and support senior leadership in resource planning.
• Produce detailed electrical designs using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and calculation tools.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, legislation, and best practice, including energy efficiency and low-carbon requirements.

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in building services design, ideally within consultancy.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and associated regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget.

• Experience in healthcare projects and knowledge of HTMs and HBNs.
• Membership of professional bodies such as CIBSE or IET.
• Familiarity with sustainability and net-zero design principles.
