Your new role

As a Principal Arboricultural Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering complex and high-profile projects across the UK. You’ll undertake BS5837:2012 surveys, produce and quality-assure reports, carry out tree hazard assessments (PTI/QTRA), and help develop arboricultural services for new and existing clients. You will also mentor and support junior consultants within the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in arboriculture or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in tree surveying and BS5837:2012 reporting
• Proven consultancy experience at senior level or above, ideally with mentoring responsibilities
• Professional Tree Inspector (PTI) certificate
• Strong communication skills to build client relationships
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of ArcGIS and CAD packages
• Training in tree risk assessment methods (VALID, QTRA, TRAQ) is desirable.
