Your new role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with varying needs.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and resource organisation.
- Support pupils with SEND, EAL, or SEMH needs to access the curriculum.
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
- Record observations and feedback to support pupil progress.
What you'll need to succeed
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
