Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to work on day-to-day, short term and long term assignments across Leicestershire. At Hays, we work with schools across Leicestershire including Coalville, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Market Harborough, Lutterworth and Hinckley.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners across Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting classroom activities under the guidance of the teacher
• Assisting students with their learning and development, both in groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience in a school environment
• Excellent classroom practice
• Enthusiasm and flexibility
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
