Hays Education is working in close partnership with several warm, community‑focused primary schools across North Birmingham - including Great Barr, Erdington, and Sutton Coldfield - to support their daily supply and short/long‑term teaching cover. These schools are well-established, supportive, and committed to providing positive, inclusive learning environments for all pupils.

Areas I am currently supporting:

• Great Barr / North‑West Birmingham – a friendly, well‑established primary setting
• Erdington / North Birmingham – an inclusive school with strong pastoral support

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• QTS or equivalent with experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Strong classroom management and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A proactive, positive approach to supporting pupils’ learning
• Flexibility to work across different year groups when required
• Professionalism and reliability, especially for short‑notice cover
