What you'll need to succeed
To register with Hays Education, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent classroom experience within the last 5 years
- A positive, adaptable approach and confidence in new environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
