Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and well‑established primary school in Central Worcester. They are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to join their supply pool. Whether you are seeking flexible day‑to‑day work or longer‑term placements, I can offer a range of opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 at this school.
Your new role
As a Hays Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of year groups
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and routines
- Maintain positive behaviour and create a supportive learning atmosphere
- Follow school policies and ensure safeguarding is upheld at all times
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders
What you'll need to succeed
You should be:
- Eager to make a positive impact
- Skilled at engaging and enthusing pupils in their learning
- Knowledgeable about assessment, feedback, and differentiation
- Recent teaching experience within the last five years
- Hold a QTS, PGCE, or ECT qualification
