Salary: M1 to M6 Inner London Pay Scale

Key Responsibilities
•Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the national curriculum
•Differentiate teaching to support a wide range of learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
•Assess and track pupil progress using formative and summative strategies
•Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and a culture of high expectations
•Work collaboratively with colleagues, leaders, and support staff to enhance pupil outcomes
•Engage actively with families and carers to support learning beyond the classroom
•Contribute to the wider school life, including enrichment, assemblies, and key events
Essential Qualifications & Skills
•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
•Experience teaching across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (placement or employed)
•Strong curriculum knowledge and ability to differentiate effectively
•Passion for inclusive education and supporting diverse learner needs
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills
•Willingness to engage with school development and CPD programmes
•ECTs must be on track to gain QTS before September 2025
•Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
•Must have a DBS on the Update Service
