Your new role

• Deliver personalised support to SEND students, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SENCO to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
• Monitor and report on student progress, adapting support strategies as needed.
• Support students in both classroom and small group settings.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with SEND students in an educational setting is highly desirable.

• A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to supporting young people.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND training) are an advantage.
