As a Press Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press machinery to produce high-quality components. Duties include:

- Setting up and operating press machines according to specifications
- Performing routine checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Monitoring production output and quality standards
- Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines and targets
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience operating press machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Flexibility to work shifts if required
