Your new company

At Hays Education we are always looking to supply nurseries and schools with Teaching Assistants, and we have recently had an increase in demand for these roles across EYFS and KS1. We are now currently seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work at the Pre-School of a mainstream primary school situated in Preston. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can come in and hit the ground running, providing an extra helping hand supporting the children. These roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on your preference.

Your new role

Your new role will see you working with children at pre-school age, and you will be to participate in imaginative play with the children to promote the children's learning and development. You will be implementing a range of exciting, creative activities appropriate for children, to challenge children to promote their development and increase their confidence as independent learners. You should be confident in working with various ability pupils and immersing yourself in daily activities. This can be a great role for those looking to gain more experience working with children.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have recent experience working with children. As the school is recruiting immediately, it would be ideal if you could jump straight into the role. However, do not let this put you off applying, as we are always receiving new roles. SEN experience would also be desirable in this role. This is not essential.
