Your new role

As PR and Marketing Communications Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic communications initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Communications, Engagement and Partnerships, you'll be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive PR and marketing communications plans that support organisational objectives
  • Building strong media relationships and proactively securing coverage across both jurisdictions
  • Managing public affairs activities, particularly around funding opportunities
  • Creating compelling content including press releases, case studies, marketing materials, and digital assets
  • Leading on media evaluation, crisis communications support, and public consultations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to organise events and develop promotional campaigns
  • Managing the Digital and Social Media Officer and working cross-functionally across the organisation

What you'll need to succeed

You'll bring a degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent Level 6 qualification) plus a minimum of 5 years' experience across PR, public affairs, and marketing communications. Excellent writing, planning, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required for travel throughout Northern Ireland.

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,878 - £45,704 with 37.5 hours per week including a paid 30-minute daily break.
