Your new school:
Hays Education are looking for dedicated PPA class teachers that are available from September 2025 based within the Solihull area to join our team at Hays. The perfect teacher for this will be able to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons whilst creating a learning environment that really captures the children’s love for learning.

Your new role:
Your new job as a PPA teacher will require you to be available from September 2025 and be based within the Solihull area, either on a part-time or full-time basis. Your roles and responsibilities as a PPA teacher include:
- Confidently being able to deliver pre-planned lessons
- Being able to effectively manage a classroom
- Have effective communication with staff, parents and pupils
- Being adaptable and flexible
- Assessing the children’s progress, e.g. marking and providing any feedback
- Being able to adhere to the school’s behaviour policy.
This job will cover a range of year groups from Reception – Year 6.
What you’ll need to succeed:
To be successful in your new role as a PPA teacher, you will need to confidently be able to deliver pre-planned lessons and create a learning environment that really engages and captivates the pupils. You will be able to adhere to the school’s behaviour and marking policy as well as remain flexible throughout the day as you will be covering a range of year groups from Reception – Year 6.
The perfect teacher for this job will be available from September 2025 and has a real passion and love for teaching.
